A quick intro

The beginning of 2022 jump started a whole new passion of mine. Taking the leap from shooting on an iPhone to buying my first DSLR opened up a great opportunity. I love the versatility of the DSLR from shooting the smallest objects with a macro lens to the most distant ones beyond what the eyes can see. Catching on yet? I will capture everything I can from macro to astro and anything in between. Welcome to macro2astro!

When I first started photography I was always curious what settings, editing applications etc. were used to capture the perfect moment. I will be working diligently to include as much detail about the image as there is detail in the image! The portfolio will have my favorite images and due to the amount of work it takes for each I will have less in that section. Check out the gallery for more of my work.
